ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Customer Service Representative with Fernanda Macedo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and organizational abilities make you a strong fit for this role. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Monitor and forward office emails to the appropriate team members.
- Collect daily office data (sales, calls, etc.) and prepare an end-of-day report.
- Verify office sales for commission accuracy.
- Prepare agendas for team meetings.
- Run reports as needed to support office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable with data tracking and reporting.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
